The second avenue for empowering women is by training them in such skills which they can use to supplement family income. We help develop such skills that once trained; they can work from their homes, with very little investment.

We conduct training in tailoring, beauty parlour services, applying mehndi, These classes have attracted participation of students, young women and mature housewives.

We have been conducting English speaking and computer classes—both necessities in this day and age, whether one is looking for a job or setting up one’s own venture.

In addition we have now been taking up activities directly aimed at empowerment by creating leadership opportunities for women through our awareness-raising camps and savings groups.
